Who we are

We are a mid-size, reliable and highly experienced firm of North West London chartered accountants, and pride ourselves on offering very competitive rates.

We are members of, and regulated by, the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), a world leading professional membership organisation that promotes, develops and supports over 142,000 chartered accountants worldwide.

We support and help our clients through the often confusing world of company formations, business accounting, tax returns, payroll accounting and VAT accounting. 

We are on hand to speak to our clients at any stage of the accounting process, particularly with start-up businesses who often need an extra helping hand through the minefield of self-assessment accounting, company accounting, VAT and payroll, and tax returns.

Meet the team

Michael Weissbraun

Michael Weissbraun

Michael qualified in 1975, joining Stoy Hayward for several years, followed by tax experience at Pannell Kerr Forster. In 1978, he joined Leonard Finn & Co, becoming a Partner, specialising in tax advice.

In 1999, Michael joined Syed Kamal Pasha to form Michael Pasha & Co. In 2022 this became Weissbraun Emanuel.
Michael provides services to businesses and individuals to ensure they remain compliant with recent tax legislation. He takes a holistic approach to clients’ tax circumstances and reviews their financial situation to potentially enhance tax efficiency.

Syed Kamal has been working with Michael for over 40 years and has expertise in all aspects of accountancy. He has a large portfolio of clients and enjoys meeting them and taking care of their needs.

Mark Emanuel

Mark joined the team in 2016 as a trainee accountant and subsequently gained his ACCA qualification in 2022. He has developed experience across VAT, CIS, company and personal taxation. He has a great connection with the clients and is attentive to their requirements. He specialises in tax planning, VAT and company tax scenarios. Mark is married with three children who keep his hands full.

Mimi joined the firm in 2006 and went on complete her ACCA qualification in 2014, receiving a fellowship in 2019. Mimi manages a large number of clients and has great relationships with them. She is attentive to detail and always has time to take care of all queries.

Samuel joined the firm in 2019 as a trainee accountant. He has completed all his examinations and is now in the final stages of obtaining his ACCA accreditation. He is married with a young family. His hobbies include reading as well as a keen interest in football and cricket.

Veronika has been working in the firm since 2016 as an administrator. She has a great personal connection to all of our clients and is always happy to help out. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, dancing and cycling.
